A couple of years ago, at the very point in time when our nation was experiencing the greatest economic stress in decades, some of our competitors introduced the most expensive model in history – weighing your yogurt and pricing it by the ounce! We agree with you – it’s insulting and demeaning to pay for yogurt by the ounce! You asked for three cup sizes with a fixed price – you got it. You asked for some hidden menu items and you got them as well. Loyalty program, yes… New flavors, yes… New Specials, yes!
